Happily married for over three decades and a mother to two wonderful children, Helen's life has been a living example of commitment, resilience, and love. Her journey hasn't just been about building her own family; it's been about nurturing countless others through her active leadership in the church community, especially with women. Helen has an intriguing story because her husband has not surrendered his life to Christ , this has not stopped her from being deeply committed to Christ and having a very happy and harmonious marriage. She is therefore uniquely equipped to work with women with unbelieving spouses.

Helen's approach to coaching and counselling is a reflection of her own life's lessons – patient, understanding, and grounded in a deep, non-judgmental empathy. Her ability to listen and guide individuals towards their own solutions is not just a skill but a gift that has brightened many lives.

The Birth of Letting Light In

"Letting Light In" is more than a coaching service; it's a mission born out of the desire to bring light to places of darkness in marriages. Helen's vision is for women to thrive and to enjoy the abundance that God promised, and Jesus came to give us. John 10:10b "I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly". Her mantra is "STOP STRIVING, START THRIVING. YOU ARE MADE FOR MORE, DONT SETTLE FOR LESS." Her goal is to create a space where women can find guidance, support, and empowerment to navigate the challenges of an unequally yoked marriage in a God honouring way.
